Lab Overview

Provides an Oracle Linux system (ol-server) provisioned with the following:

  • An oracle user account with sudo privileges

Lab Objectives

Upon completion of this lab, you will become familiar with basic ksplice commands to:

  • List applied updates to the system.
  • Identify kernel versions, if different versions exist as a result of recent updates.
  • Display any available updates that can be applied to the system.
